How am I charged?
Paid Discovery is a prepay advertising platform. Once funds are added to your account, campaigns will draw from that balance.
How do I fund my Paid Discovery account?
Click on the Funds
tab located on the homepage of your Paid Discovery dashboard. Here you can add funds to your account with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. You can also enable automatic funding so that your Paid Discovery account never runs out of funds.
I’m having payment problems. What can I do?
If you're having trouble with your payment it is likely a problem between the card processor and your card provider. We recommend trying the following solutions to remedy the issue:
- Double check that all of your information is correct and try again. The billing information must match exactly what is displayed on your bank statement.
- Contact your bank to make sure they are not preventing the transaction from going through.
- Try a different payment method such as a PayPal account rather than a credit card.
How do I get a receipt for my transactions?
You will receive an email receipt each time funds are deposited into your Paid Discovery account. To submit a special request for a receipt, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with your Paid Discovery account email address.
How do I get a refund?
